Clay Jenkinson, a humanities scholar who adopts the persona of Thomas Jefferson, engaged students and answered questions during a morning session on Oct. 15, 2014 at Tidewater Community College’s Chesapeake Campus. Students from American literature classes and others came to the Black Box Theatre in the Chesapeake Academic Building for the one-man performance.
